Vendor “turn this into a spec” prompts hand you a tidy document and bury the real risk – every decision the request left open got silently resolved somewhere inside the generated design, where you cannot see it to veto it, and any delete or migration the request implied gets folded in as “just doing what was asked.” This contract does the opposite: it drags each unspecified decision out of the prose and onto the surface as a tagged, ranked line, it inventories every destructive step as a separate blocked item, and it instructs the model to stop before writing code until you have signed off on the expensive guesses and explicitly approved the dangerous steps. You are not reviewing a spec, you are reviewing a list of bets ordered by how much they cost to lose, plus a list of irreversible actions waiting for your go-ahead.
